Thundercan SAS Hellion 45

The Thundercan SAS Hellion 45 is a .45 caliber suppressor designed for use on compatible pistols, pistol-caliber carbines, and select rifle-caliber platforms. Its construction features a high-temperature Cerakote-finished titanium tube, a titanium blast baffle, and a hard-coat anodized aluminum baffle stack, offering a balance of durability and weight for a variety of shooting applications.

The suppressor’s internal design emphasizes alignment and pressure consistency to help maintain accuracy and limit point-of-impact shift. Its baffle structure and proprietary internal coatings are engineered to help reduce visible flash, manage recoil and back pressure, and decrease impulse noise levels when used with proper hearing protection.

The SAS Hellion 45 supports multiple mounting solutions, including direct-thread installation, compatibility with SAS 3-lug adapters, and use with an SAS recoil booster for tilting-barrel pistols.
