The SIG MCX‑SPEAR LT IR is an 11.5" semi‑automatic 5.56 NATO pistol with a gas‑piston operating system, Gen II NiR FDE Cerakote finish to reduce IR signature, and SIG’s Tele‑fold brace design. The platform features fully ambidextrous controls, an ergonomic M‑LOK handguard, SIG Flat‑Blade Match trigger, and a Rocksett® SIG QD suppressor‑ready flash hider. The pistol ships with one 30‑round polymer magazine and uses interchangeable barrels.
