Vent 3 brings PTR’s Purposely Induced Porosity metal-foam tech to a dedicated 5.56 can. The monolithic, 3D-printed titanium body balances strength and heat control with low back pressure for reliable AR-15 operation. Specs are 7.75 inches long, 1.625 inches in diameter, and 11.75 ounces (no mount). The rear is HUB 1.375x24, so you can keep the included 1/2x28 direct-thread or swap to popular QD systems via HUB adapters. It is full-auto capable, finished with a durable internal and external coating, and ships with the DT adapter, manual, warranty card, and sticker. For maintenance, PTR recommends periodic solvent soaks of the PIP section to keep performance consistent over high round counts.
