HUXWRX Flow 22 Ti Details
The HUXWRX Flow 22 Ti is a fully 3D-printed Grade 5 titanium rimfire suppressor built around HUXWRX's patented Flow-Through gas management system. It weighs 3.9 oz (111g), measures 5.53 inches in length, and has a 1.06-inch outer diameter. It threads directly onto any 1/2x28 host with no barrel length restrictions and is full-auto rated across .22 LR, .22 Mag, .17 HMR, and 5.7x28. The finish is high-temp Cerakote rated to 1,800°F in Black or FDE. The Flow 22 Ti ships with a dedicated wrench and carries HUXWRX's limited lifetime warranty.
Features and Benefits
- Fully 3D-printed in Grade 5 titanium — additive manufacturing is what makes the Flow-Through baffle architecture possible at this weight. No other construction method produces this combination of geometry, strength, and 3.9 oz total weight in a titanium rimfire can
- Patented Flow-Through gas management: the baffle stack is engineered to vent combustion gases forward rather than cycling them back into the action, which reduces blowback to the shooter's face, keeps the host firearm's action cleaner, and supports consistent cycling in semi-auto platforms
- No barrel length restrictions across all supported calibers — runs on pistols and rifles regardless of barrel length
- Full-auto rated for sustained fire applications
- Caliber coverage from .22 LR and .22 Mag through .17 HMR and 5.7x28 — one suppressor for the entire rimfire battery plus 5.7
- 1/2x28 direct-thread mount with a recommended installation torque of 125 in-lbf (10 ft-lbf / 12.5 Nm); standard 3/4-inch wrench fits the hex flats
- Cerakote finish withstands temperatures up to 1,800°F for sustained fire durability
- Available in Black or FDE (Flat Dark Earth)
- Limited lifetime warranty from HUXWRX Safety Co. against manufacturing defects and damage from normal use
Flow-Through Technology
Flow-Through is HUXWRX's patented baffle system, and it's what separates the Flow 22 Ti from conventional rimfire cans. Traditional suppressors create a sealed chamber that can push fouling and blowback gas rearward into the action. The Flow-Through design manages gas direction differently, reducing the volume of combustion byproducts cycling back toward the shooter. The result is less blowback in semi-auto operation, a cleaner action over high round counts, and improved shot-to-shot consistency.
The Flow 22 Ti is only possible in this form because of 3D printing — the internal baffle geometry that enables the Flow-Through system would be prohibitively complex or heavy to produce through conventional machining in titanium. Grade 5 Ti provides the material strength needed for rimfire and .17 caliber high-velocity use at a weight that conventional stainless or aluminum construction cannot match.
Installation
Thread the Flow 22 Ti directly onto the host firearm's 1/2x28 barrel threads (right-hand). Use the included wrench on the suppressor's 3/4-inch hex flats and tighten to 125 in-lbf (10 ft-lbf / 12.5 Nm). A standard 3/4-inch crescent or adjustable wrench may also be used. Verify the firearm is unloaded and the chamber is clear before installing or removing. Ensure all mounting surfaces and barrel threads are clean before installation.
Maintenance
The Flow 22 Ti requires periodic cleaning. HUXWRX's recommended cleaning interval is every 500 rounds or when the suppressor reaches 5 oz (142g) total weight — whichever comes first. At its new weight of 3.9 oz (111g), this means cleaning is triggered when the suppressor accumulates approximately 1.1 oz (31g) of carbon and fouling. To remove: index the supplied wrench on the 3/4-inch hex flats and loosen counter-clockwise. HUXWRX recommends HUXWRX Suppressor Sauce as the most efficient maintenance product for performance and service life.

Frequently Asked Questions
What calibers does the HUXWRX Flow 22 Ti support?
The HUXWRX Flow 22 Ti is rated for .22 LR, .22 Mag, .17 HMR, and 5.7x28. There are no barrel length restrictions for any of these calibers, and the Flow 22 Ti is full-auto rated across all of them.
What is HUXWRX's Flow-Through technology?
Flow-Through is HUXWRX's patented baffle system designed to manage combustion gas direction in the suppressor. Rather than cycling blowback gases rearward into the host firearm's action, the Flow-Through design vents gases forward, reducing blowback to the shooter's face, keeping the host action cleaner over high round counts, and maintaining consistent cycling in semi-auto platforms.
Why is the HUXWRX Flow 22 Ti 3D-printed?
The Flow 22 Ti is fully 3D-printed in Grade 5 titanium because the internal baffle geometry required for the Flow-Through system is too complex to produce at this weight through conventional machining. Additive manufacturing allows HUXWRX to create the precise internal architecture that makes Flow-Through work while keeping total weight at 3.9 oz — lighter than most steel or aluminum rimfire suppressors of comparable length.
What are the specs of the HUXWRX Flow 22 Ti?
The HUXWRX Flow 22 Ti weighs 3.9 oz (111g), measures 5.53 inches in length, and has an outer diameter of 1.06 inches. It is made from 3D-printed Grade 5 titanium with a high-temp Cerakote finish. It threads directly onto 1/2x28 hosts at a recommended torque of 125 in-lbf, with no barrel length restrictions.
Does the HUXWRX Flow 22 Ti have barrel length restrictions?
No. The Flow 22 Ti has no barrel length restrictions across all supported calibers — .22 LR, .22 Mag, .17 HMR, and 5.7x28. It can be run on pistols and rifles of any barrel length.
Is the HUXWRX Flow 22 Ti full-auto rated?
Yes. The HUXWRX Flow 22 Ti is full-auto rated across all supported calibers.
How do I clean the HUXWRX Flow 22 Ti?
Remove the Flow 22 Ti from the host firearm before cleaning. HUXWRX recommends cleaning every 500 rounds or when the suppressor reaches 5 oz (142g) total weight, whichever comes first — at its new weight of 3.9 oz (111g), this represents approximately 1.1 oz of carbon accumulation. To remove: index the included wrench on the 3/4-inch hex flats and loosen counter-clockwise. HUXWRX recommends HUXWRX Suppressor Sauce as the preferred maintenance product.
What is the warranty on the HUXWRX Flow 22 Ti?
The Flow 22 Ti carries a limited lifetime warranty from HUXWRX Safety Co. against manufacturing defects and damage resulting from normal use. HUXWRX will repair or replace the suppressor at no charge under warranty. For full warranty details, visit huxwrx.com.
How does the HUXWRX Flow 22 Ti compare to other HUXWRX suppressors?
The Flow 22 Ti is the rimfire-specific model in HUXWRX's Flow-Through lineup, rated for .22 LR through 5.7x28 with no barrel length restrictions. The HUXWRX Flow 556 Ti is the centerfire 5.56 variant, and the HUXWRX Flow 9K Ti covers 9mm and pistol calibers. All three share the patented Flow-Through gas management design and Grade 5 titanium 3D-printed construction.
What mounting system does the HUXWRX Flow 22 Ti use?
The Flow 22 Ti uses a direct-thread 1/2x28 right-hand mount. It ships with a dedicated wrench that indexes on the suppressor's 3/4-inch hex flats. Recommended installation torque is 125 in-lbf (10 ft-lbf / 12.5 Nm). A standard 3/4-inch crescent or adjustable wrench may also be used.
