HUXWRX Flow 9k Ti
The HUXWRX Flow 9k Ti is HUXWRX's first fully 3D-printed pistol suppressor and the evolution of the RAD 9, built lighter, quieter, and more efficient than its predecessor. Constructed entirely from Grade 5 titanium using DMLS 3D printing, it weighs 4.8 oz without the booster assembly and 8.9 oz with the included 1/2x28 booster assembly installed. It measures 5.33 inches in length, 1.47 inches in diameter, and adds 5.25 inches to barrel length with the booster assembly. Caliber rated for 9mm, .22 LR, 17 HMR, 5.7x28, 300 Blackout subsonic and supersonic, and 350 Legend with no barrel length restrictions. Full-auto rated for 300 Blackout only. No modifications to the platform or gas system are required to install or operate this suppressor.

What Makes the HUXWRX Flow 9k Ti Different
The Flow 9k Ti is built on a fundamentally different gas management principle than traditional baffle suppressors. Conventional 9mm suppressors trap gas inside the suppressor and redirect it rearward into the host firearm's action, which increases bolt velocity, accelerates component wear, and forces gas blowback toward the shooter. On tilting-barrel handguns like the Glock or M&P series, this back-pressure manifests as increased felt recoil, dirty gas in the shooter's face, and reliability issues at the margins.
HUXWRX's hybridized Flow-Through technology for the 9k Ti directs gas forward and out the front of the suppressor rather than back into the action. The result is bolt carrier velocity impact of minus 2 to 5 percent over an unsuppressed baseline, a nearly identical cycling feel to running without a can, and substantially reduced blowback to the shooter. No buffer swap. No spring change. No timing adjustments required.
The suppressor body is DMLS 3D-printed from Grade 5 titanium as a single-piece structure, enabling the internal flow channel geometry that makes this technology possible. The enhanced GeoFlash Cap features extended lugs designed specifically for fast, tool-free installation and removal on pistol hosts without the grip clearance constraints of rifle suppressors. The booster assembly ships with a 1/2x28 piston for tilting-barrel handguns and can be reconfigured with a fixed barrel spacer for PCC and fixed-barrel hosts.

What's in the Box
Every HUXWRX Flow 9k Ti ships complete and ready to mount on a 1/2x28 threaded barrel:
- HUXWRX Flow 9k Ti suppressor
- 1/2x28 booster assembly with spring (for tilting-barrel handguns)
- HUB piston adapter
- 9 and 45 wrench
- Instruction manual
Note: The booster assembly spring can be swapped for a fixed barrel spacer (sold separately) for use on PCCs and other fixed-barrel hosts.
Booster Assembly vs. Fixed Barrel Spacer
The Flow 9k Ti ships configured for tilting-barrel handguns, which require the booster assembly and spring to allow the barrel to reciprocate normally during cycling. For fixed-barrel hosts such as PCCs, MP5-pattern firearms, and direct blowback pistols, the spring is replaced with a fixed barrel spacer to lock the suppressor position. A direct thread adapter is also available separately for shooters who prefer a direct-thread setup on fixed-barrel hosts.
Before firing, ensure the hub piston housing and piston base are firmly tightened or torqued to 100 lbf-in (115 kgf-cm). Apply high-temperature grease to the piston, spring, and O-ring before each session. Inspect the O-ring on the inside of the piston base before each session and replace with a 018 size Viton O-ring if damaged. Upgrade your Flow 9k Ti with the HUXWRX 3-LUG Housing Adapter.
Who the HUXWRX Flow 9k Ti Is Best For
The Flow 9k Ti is the right choice for 9mm shooters who want the performance advantages of Flow-Through technology in a pistol-optimized package, without the weight penalty of traditional suppressor designs.
It is particularly well-suited for Glock, M&P, P320, and other tilting-barrel pistol owners who experience gas blowback and reliability issues with standard suppressors, PCC shooters running MP5-pattern firearms, H&K USC/USC9, or AR9-pattern builds who want zero back-pressure and no gas tuning, 300 Blackout SBR and pistol owners who need a suppressor rated for full-auto subsonic and supersonic loads, and multi-host shooters who want HUB-compatible mounting flexibility across pistol and PCC platforms.

Frequently Asked Questions: HUXWRX Flow 9k Ti
What calibers is the HUXWRX Flow 9k Ti rated for?
The Flow 9k Ti is rated for 9mm, .22 LR, 17 HMR, 5.7x28, 300 Blackout subsonic and supersonic, and 350 Legend with no barrel length restrictions.
Is the HUXWRX Flow 9k Ti full-auto rated?
The Flow 9k Ti is full-auto rated for 300 Blackout only. It is not listed as full-auto rated for 9mm or other calibers in the manufacturer specifications.
What is the difference between the booster assembly and fixed barrel spacer configurations?
The booster assembly with spring is required for tilting-barrel handguns, which need the barrel to reciprocate during cycling. The fixed barrel spacer replaces the spring and is used on PCCs and other fixed-barrel hosts where the barrel does not move. A direct thread adapter is also available separately for fixed-barrel direct thread applications.
Does the HUXWRX Flow 9k Ti require any modifications to my gun?
No. The Flow 9k Ti requires no changes to your gas system, buffer, spring, or bolt. The only requirement is a threaded barrel that matches the included 1/2x28 piston or an alternate piston purchased separately.
What is the actual installed weight of the Flow 9k Ti on a pistol?
The suppressor body weighs 4.8 oz. With the included booster assembly installed, the complete mounted weight is 8.9 oz. Plan for the 8.9 oz figure when assessing how the suppressor will affect your pistol's balance.
How often does the HUXWRX Flow 9k Ti need to be cleaned?
HUXWRX recommends detailed cleaning of the mounting assembly every 1,000 rounds or less, and cleaning of the suppressor body every 2,000 rounds. HUXWRX recommends Suppressor Sauce as the cleaning solution for Flow-Through suppressor geometries.
