Holiday Gift Guide
100+ Best Gifts for Gun Owners, Shooters, & Hunters 2025 Holiday Gift Guide by Silencer Shop
Let’s face it: shooters love gear almost as much as they love shooting. We put this guide together to make your shopping easy and to share some of our personal favorites. From the Rite in the Rain notebook that keeps your data dry in a drizzle to ear protection we wear for marathon range sessions, these aren’t just random picks; this is gear I use, my friends use, and my co-workers use. You’ll find jerky kits we’ve tried on last season’s venison, paracord that’s saved our bacon more than once and even a combat hoodie that kept us cool chasing Texas hogs in hundred-degree heat. Whether you’re stuffing a stocking with a $15 gadget or splurging on a top-shelf suppressor, this list covers every budget and every shooter with gear that works great, lasts a lifetime, and will make your time behind a gun even better.
Budget Gifts Under $50 Essential Gifts & Stocking Stuffers
Hoppe’s Bore Brush Kits (Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun) $3–$20
Clean guns shoot better and last longer. Every shooter knows the smell of Hoppe’s #9; Hoppe’s is known for making some of the best gun oils and maintenance tools in the game, and their bore brushes are no different. Grab a kit for pistols, rifles, or shotguns and keep your guns running great for a lifetime.
Bore Brush Kits
- Core calibers covered
- Quality brushes that don’t break down
- Range-bag essential for quick cleanups
Rite in the Rain Notebook / Logbook $6
Data beats guesses. A simple logbook helps track zeros, loads, dope, and drills so progress isn’t a mystery. Just jot down your data, make some quick field notes, and refer back later. It’s the cheapest accuracy upgrade you can. I suggest Rite in the Rain notebooks because they’re weather-resistant and more durable than standard notebooks—they hold up to being tossed in nasty range bags, and you won’t lose all your notes if you get caught in a drizzle.
4x6 Top-Spiral Notebook
- Build a record that actually helps
- Great for new shooters and precision nerds alike
- Pairs perfectly with a chrono day
Microfiber Tamography Glass Cleaning Cloth $8
Dirty glass ruins everything—glasses, scopes, camera lenses. Keep optics spotless with a trusted kit that won’t harm coatings. Our buddy Gabe Tam (@tamfamgram) makes these clip-on microfibers that are super convenient and tough. I keep one on my backpack, range bag, and bino harness and it gets used constantly.
Microfiber Tamography Cloth
- Safe on high-end coatings
- Pocket-size and travel friendly
- Essential for scopes, binos, and red dots
Silencer Shop Merch $9–$40
From the ATF Ghost Patch to the Yes, It's Legal tee, Silencer Shop merch says what every shooter is thinking—with a wink. It’s range-day uniform meets inside joke. Our friend Paige Roux (@somechickwhoshoots) even helped us design an awesome band tee. Grab a hat, tee, or patch and help your favorite shooter rep the brand that makes suppressor ownership simple.
Merch (ATF Ghost Patch / One Merch Block)
- Conversation-starting graphics (the good kind)
- Comfortable, everyday fits

ESCA-Tech D-Wipes $11

SureFire EP5 Sonic Defender In-Ear Pro $13–$25
We care a LOT about hearing protection, and even when you’re shooting suppressed, ear pro can come in handy for long range days or indoor shooting sessions. These are very effective, comfortable, and fit great. I wear these just about any time we’re doing testing, firing thousands of rounds, and they keep my ears safe. The carrying case also keeps them nice and makes them a bit harder to lose.
EP5 Sonic Defenders

Hi-Mountain Jerky Cure & Seasoning Kit $15
Turn a cooler full of success into delicious snacks. Hi-Mountain’s cure and seasoning kit keeps it simple: slice, season, dry, devour. Great for whitetail weekends, elk camps, or just turning grocery-store beef into something worthy of a road trip. I used Hi-Mountain to make venison jerky with last year’s doe; it was incredibly easy and couldn’t have tasted better. I’m partial to the Sweet n Spicy and Hunter’s Blend flavors, but there are tons to choose from or grab a variety pack to test a few out!
Jerky Cure & Seasoning Kit
- Easy, foolproof way to make great jerky
- Works with venison, elk, beef — you name it
- Perfect add-on for hunters and camp cooks
550 Paracord $15
Paracord? Yes, paracord! It might seem like an odd stocking stuffer, but it’s one of the handiest things you can carry when you’re actually outdoors doing things. I’ve used paracord to help fashion shelters while camping, mark trails while hiking, secure a whitetail to a pack, and fix more random problems than I can count. Broke a boot string? Paracord. Need to lash firewood or bundle tinder? Paracord. Basically any quick-fix in the field—paracord is the answer, and 100 ft of the stuff is a gift anyone will put to work this year.
550 Paracord
- Lightweight, durable, endlessly useful
- Great add-on for range or hunt kits
- Budget-friendly stocking stuffer
TekMat Gun Cleaning Mat $10–$25
Keep solvents off the dining table and small parts off the carpet, with a good work surface. TEKMATS also feature detailed breakdowns of common pistols and rifles, which can come in handy when reassembling small parts. No more guessing where that spring or pin goes. I like the Beretta 92 (perhaps the greatest suppressed pistol ever made) and the AR15 (almost certainly the greatest rifle ever made) but pick the ones that match the guns the person you’re shopping for uses most.
Gun Cleaning Mat
- Keeps solvent off your table
- Exploded-view prints on many models
- Rolls up to stash in a range bag
Hoppe’s Boresnake $10–$20
The fastest way to erase fouling after a long day. Drop the weighted cord, pull, and you’re done — bore to muzzle in one pass. It’s the “why didn’t I always do it this way?” tool. There’s nothing better for a quick clean, or if you’re like me and carry a comp’d pistol.
Boresnake
- Fast, lightweight, and packable
- Cuts fouling between full cleanings
- Caliber-specific for best results
WET-WRX Scrim Pack $10–$20
WET-WRX makes a bunch of awesome and innovative gear, you’ll see more of it lower on the list, but this is one of the coolest products they make. The Scrim pack is a 10-pack of 3D camo leaves made of mesh and Cordura that can be attached to any piece of gear to add amazing camo (and they look dope). The scrim is perfect for breaking up signature and silhouette. I have some attached to the scope of my hunting rifle to break up the outline; they're also great on backpacks, clothing, suppressor covers, and anything else that could use some more stealth or style.
Scrim Pack
- Awesome camo for breaking up outlines
- lightweight and quiet, no "swishing" sound
- Ideal for hunting and tatical use
Eberlestock Cirrus Dry Bag $15–$30
Rain, river crossings, and muddy truck beds happen. A weather-proof, waterproof, I-accidentally-left-my-pack-in-the-truck-bed-during-a-thunderstorm-proof storage system is invaluable, but you can get that for just $15. I use a now-discontinued version of the Eberlestock dry bags for storing electronics, freeze-dried food, spare clothes, and more when backpacking. They seal out moisture and keep stuff safe, every time.
Cirrus Dry Bag
- Simple protection for critical gear
- Adds order to any pack
- Tough enough for hard seasons
One Hundred Concepts Camo-Form Gear Wrap (Camo Tape) $15
Adhesive camo wrap/tape for optics, mounts, and kit. It is quick, removable, and great for customizing gear without permanent changes. Use on scope tubes, tripods, or awkward bits to reduce shine and add pattern. I have some on my bino harness, scopes, and QD sling points to stop them from making noise and adding a little bit of camo. Keep some in your kit, it has a million uses.
Camo-Form Gear Wrap
- Easy to apply and remove without residue
- Customize patterns for local environments
- Budget-friendly way to blend gear in the field

Founded by Donald Trump Jr and operated by some of the gnarliest adventurers I’ve ever met, Field Ethos is a must-have for anyone who’s ever pondered the wilderness. If you have the slightest desire to get up close and personal to a Cape Buffalo in wild Africa, go spear fishing in Panama, or run with the bulls in Spain, Field Ethos is a must-read magazine. (If you’re REALLLLLLLY into bow hunting, ignore some of the things JV says, but read the other stories, they’re great.)
Magazine Subscription

- Grit, humor, and honest field notes
- A gift that feels personal, not algorithmic
Magpul PMAG 30 $18

Hornady HIT Target Impact Indicator (2-pack) $18

When we go and shoot out to 1000+ yards, target indicators are vital; they also come in handy for low-light and night shooting. - Cheap, simple, and enormously satisfying to use
- Perfect stocking stuffer for new shooters or trainers
Petzl Tikkina Headlamp $20
Early hikes, late-night game recoveries, hands-free camp chores—the Tikkina is that trusty headlamp that just lives on your truck’s shifter. Simple, reliable, and bright enough to find the trail or the dropped Allen key. While hog hunting in South Texas one of these took a tumble off a side-by-side on rocks and gravel; we recovered it a couple hours later (still lit up) and it never skipped a beat.
Tikkina
- Lightweight, glove-friendly controls
- Good runtime and simple battery swaps
- Perfect backup light for any kit
Die Free Co Dos Boot (3-Pack) $20
Remember the PMAGs we just talked about? This makes them even better. The Dos Boot Mag Extensions add two extra rounds of capacity to your PMAGs while giving them a wider, grippier base for faster reloads and better control. They install in seconds with no tools and act as a perfect little monopod when you’re shooting prone. I use them on my 300BLK 20-round mags; they’re perfectly reliable and look awesome (just like everything Die Free Co does). Again, FDE is the way to go here.

Any piece of KUIU gear is an amazing gift, but the neck gaiters are especially awesome stocking stuffers. There are three models — Gila, Ultra Merino, and Proximity — think of these as hot, medium, and cold weather. Here in Texas, I use the Gila in Verde most often, but I wish I had the fleece-lined Proximity for those sub-zero Michigan mornings chasing coyotes.

Armageddon Gear “Shmedium” Game Changer Shooting Bag $110
This is the only shooting bag I use, and it’s the only bag you’ll ever need. I’ve been a competitive shooter for nearly a decade and have recently gotten much more into hunting — the Armageddon Shmedium has been my go-to bag for both activities for years. I like the heavy fill, but for a hunting-focused setup, you might opt for the light fills. Mine has years of wear and tear, has been thrown around, and has probably been shot off 100,000 times, and it's still holding up great. This is the one shooting bag to rule them all.
“Shmedium” Game Changer
- Do-it-all shooting bag
- The last bag you’ll need to buy
- Made in America by real shooters
Hunter Constantine EDC Belt $115
This is the best everyday belt I’ve ever owned. It’s comfortable thanks to the stretch section and supports a holstered gun without feeling like you have a ratchet strap tightened around your waist. It gives you freedom of movement; it’s lightweight and super minimal. Plus, our buddy (and pro shooter) Hunter Constantine (@hunter_constantine) made them, and he's the best shooter I know, so they must be good. Carrying my Glock 43X in a Tenicor holster with the HC belt is the best AIWB solution I've found.#BELT
EDC Belt
- Comfortable and supportive for EDC use
- Sleek look for casual or professional wear
- Designed by a competitive shooter

An ultrasonic cleaner is one of the best tools a gun owner can have, it makes cleaning parts a breeze and keeps your gear in tip-top condition. Just add cleaning solution, hit start, and let it do the dirty work while you prep the next batch.

Durston Iceline Trekking Poles + Wiser Precision Quick-Stix Adapter $240
Light as a feather on the approach, rock-steady at the shot. Pair Durston's Iceline ultralight trekking poles with Wiser Precision’s Quick-Stix adapter and you’ve got a two-tool system made for harvesting game: hiking poles that weigh roughly half of conventional sticks, and convert in seconds into solid shooting sticks for accurate supported shots out to hundreds of yards. Hike into remote country with less fatigue, stabilize for a good shot, then shoulder a full pack and head back out. A buddy of mine just used this system to take a very impressive bull elk in remote Colorado.
Iceline Poles + Quick-Stix
- Approach light: Iceline poles cut carry weight so you arrive fresher and faster.
- One-second conversion: Quick-Stix clicks on/off without tools to go from hike to shot.
- Stable platform: Adapter + pole combo makes a rigid, repeatable rest for accurate shots.
