The MDT R700 Short Action Picatinny Base with 20 MOA incline provides a stable mounting platform for optics on Remington 700–pattern short-action rifles. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with a Mil-Spec Type II hard-anodized coating, the base is built for durability and consistent fit. The rail features an underside profile designed to sit flush against the receiver and align with the action’s geometry, including accommodation for the ejection port. A 20 MOA incline allows for additional elevation adjustment, depending on individual scope specifications. Select models incorporate an integrated recoil lug based on the action’s design.
