In fact, sporting a 7.625” length and weighing a mere 20 ounces, these silencers are smaller and lighter than the full-size YHM 7.62 Phantom M2 QD unit, affording the shooter added maneuverability and bringing balance to the respective firearm. Moreover, while utilized on .300 BLK, 7.62x39mm, and 6.8mm, the Phantom LTA design is actually quieter than the aforementioned Phantom M2. Impressive, to say the least.

The Phantom LTA is versatile enough to pull double-duty on both a .308 Winchester host and a .22 caliber host (as well as anything in between)! Its revamped design features CNC welds and an updated tube arrangement that incorporates a thicker blast area with a secure gripping surface, which adds a unique look to the silencer. This suppressor utilizes YHM’s improved QD mounting system that allows for faster, easier, and more secure mounting. The Phantom series is also backwards compatible with 5.56mm QD mounts. (Speaking of, YHM .30 Cal. LT Muzzle Brakes are great add-ons for increased suppression.) Crafted with 300 series stainless steel and 718 Inconel, the LTA is a very sturdy can. Being full-auto rated doesn’t hurt, either.
