Bought this for multiple calibers including 308, 300 Blackout, and 556. I have to say that where it really performs is the 308. I knew that it would really quiet down the blackout with subs but had no idea just how much it would tame the 308. And as always outstanding service from Silencer Shop. These guys are the best!

I primarily use this on my 300 blackout majority of it being subsonic rounds. Let me tell you, it's about as close to "Hollywood" quiet as you're gonna get. The actions of BCG slamming back and forth is way louder than the rounds. Aside from the weight and length, almost feels like shooting a semi auto pellet gun. Shot a few rounds of 556 through it also. Although, it's MUCH quiter than shooting it without the can, I still wouldn't shoot mag after after mag without hearing protection. Recoil is drastically reduced and other than the increased fouling in the action caused by the extra gas, it's been well worth the wait and money. And like everyone else has said, this thing is built like a tank.

Doesn't matter what I use this on...its always the clear winner.
    300blk, 7.62x39, 308, 7.62x54r, it suppresses them all well
it is heavier than my saker 762 & harvester but not enough to make a difference

you can take it off when you run out of ammo & use it as a baton & crack some commie skulls

I bought the SpecWar for my .300 BlackOut. Very impressed to say the least!!! Perfect weight with the muzzle break option to control recoil(to where it's literally almost nothing), also turn my 16'' into a 24''. Very solid can. Love the mounting system. Accuracy is great at 100 yrds. Oh, so silent. All you hear is the action being cycled. Worth every penny I spent. The whole process of buying a silencer(my first one) from "Silencer Shop" was made crystal clear, easy, and affordable. The communication, and intel you get from this company is "Superb"! I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks you fellers down at "Silencer Shop"! Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and God bless to all of you; and your families!

I'm actually using this now on a sbr 300 blackout. Shot it next to a 30p1 on another 300blk sbr shooting subs, and the sound seemed dead even with the 30p1. The specwar is a heavy one, but it only reinforces how solid this thing is. Very well built, and a solid mount with very minimal wobble. I like the mount system and have a trifecta and 51T to compare it to. I think there is less than can go wrong with the specwar mount, IMHO. Great value on a rock solid can.

After a five month wait I finally got mine and my 5.56 in, went to the range this morning. Took both out and the 7.62 on my 300 blackout with full power loads sound like a 22 and with subsonic is quieter than a pellet rifle. Only thing i didn't expect was the weight it put on the end of my 700. 5.56 is quieter through the 7.62. Put about 100 rounds through it and it stayed nice and tight the whole time. I would definitely recommend the Silencer Shop to anyone who is looking for a can and people who now their way around the paper work to get you one.

Ive owned this suppressor over a month and all I can say is wow!! Primarily stays on my r700 .308 . Has little POI change from what I can tell and is hearing safe. I definitely recommend.

I chose this can to serve on a Tikka T3 tactical. Unfortunately the Tikka uses a european thread pattern. The outstanding folks at silencerco have informed me that they will be making breaks with the appropriate pitch in the near future. In the mean time I've been getting by with an adapter. Mounting issues asside, this thing is amazing. I have also run it on a Noveske Infidel with 16" stainless barrel. Its a heavy AR to begin with, with the Specwar on the end its a bit much to heft for long and maintain accuracy. That being said, if your at a bench or prone and using a bipod this is a non-issue. Hard to fine a better 30 cal can that can do it all in this price range.

If you looking for the quietest versatile 7.62 suppressor that you can use on everything from 300 Ultra mag/ RUM down to 5.56 then look no further than the Specwar 7.62. Silencershop has a video comparing Specwar 7.62, and it kicked all other suppressors butt's! It even had the same DB's as the Specwar 5.56 for shooting 5.56 through the 7.62. It is also designed to have minimal point of impact shift. I am no sniper, but I still get very good groups with or without a suppressor. Honestly, I can tell a difference of any point of impact shift. SilencerShop staff are very helpful, and they make the process of ordering a suppressor very easy. Plus they make the price right! Thank you Silencershop!

Wow just wow. I used the muzzle brake mount, which works great, and the silencer just slides on so easy. To me on my rem 700 bull barrel .308 this silencer sounds like a unsilenced .22 maybe a little quieter. And of course the silencer shop made it hassle free to buy.
