ATF approvals in 5 days!?

I have to say that we’ve always been pretty happy with our dealer-to-dealer transfer times.  Even when other states were seeing 6-8 week waits, we were typically in the 2-4 week range.

These last couple weeks, however, are setting new records!  On Friday 8/25 we received approvals that we submitted on 8/20 – which is pretty much unheard of.

I wasn’t going to post that since I thought it may be a fluke; but, today (8/27) we received approvals that were submitted between 8/13 and 8/22.  I can’t say what will happen with the next batch; but, this trend looks very promising!

The Form 4 times are dropping too – although not as dramatically.

Kudos to the examiners over at the NFA Branch for pulling these times down!
